1.  What is the purpose of this Web Site?

We have created this site to benefit two parties. Firstly, we responded to a request from our Platinum Members. They wanted a platform upon which they can make their Holiday Properties available for rental.
Secondly, we wanted to make these properties available to the public. So, this system enables our members to make their properties available and allows people to book these properties for their holidays.
TREOC Holiday Club does not accept any money on any transaction; we simply facilitate the booking of holiday properties.

2.  How do I find a Holiday House?

You go to the search facility, simply click on the "Search" link, or if you are logged in, click on the "Search Listings" link in the "Guest" section.
From there you choose which area you are interested in and the system will list the appropriate listings for you.

3.  How do I make a Booking?

Once you have found a Holiday Property you are interested in, you will see a "Book NOW!" link underneath it.
Clicking on this link will take you to the Booking Page for the selected property. This page will show you the rates for each of the Seasons as well as a calendar which will show you the available dates and the season in which they fall.
Simply click on the dates you are interested in and the system will mark them as well as give you a running cost total at the top.
To request the booking, click on the "Make Booking" button.

4.  How do I list my Property?

Firstly, you need to be a Platinum Member of Treoc.com to be able to list your properties on this site.
When you log into the system, you will notice an "Owner" section on the left. To add a property, click on the "Add New Listing" link.
Once you have added the property, you have to specify as much information as possible before the listing can be activated. After capturing the information, go to the "My Listings" page and click on the "Activate Listing" action next to the applicable listing.

5.  What if I have a Guest House or a Hotel?

The system caters for any kind of holiday property you want to rent out.
If you have a Guest House or a Small Hotel, you simply add each room as a separate listing. This means that each room will have its own calendar en details linked to it.
